Our Story
Hot Tub Heroes S&D was founded by engineers who were frustrated by the lack of specialist, trustworthy hot tub repair services available to homeowners across Wales and England. Too often, customers were being let down by generalist tradespeople who lacked the specific knowledge needed to diagnose and fix hot tub faults properly.
We set out to build a different kind of service — one that combines genuine technical expertise with honest, transparent communication and a commitment to getting the job done right, first time. We invest in the right tools, carry a comprehensive stock of parts, and take the time to properly diagnose every fault before recommending a repair.
