Water Chemistry & Balancing
Poorly balanced water can damage your hot tub's components and is unsafe to bathe in. We test and balance pH, alkalinity, sanitiser levels and calcium hardness — and advise on the right ongoing treatment routine for your spa.

Filter Service & Replacement

Pre-Winter Winterisation
If you're not using your hot tub over winter, proper winterisation prevents frost damage to pipes, pumps and the heater. We drain, flush and protect your spa so it's ready to go again in spring.

Spring Start-Up
